About the Role:

Join our Chinese Medicine team and embark on a new journey in health!

We are looking for passionate teammates to launch a Chinese Medicine Smoking Cessation Project (CMSCP), providing comprehensive support to local residents in Hong Kong. This is a stimulating opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for community health.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the promotion and implementation of the CMSCP.
• Handle admin tasks, including data entry, filing and document preparation.
• Assist in preparation of program assessment tool, materials and document.
• Assist in development of assessment tools, programme materials, and reports.
• Handling phone enquiries and follow up as required
• Support health data collection and management for programme evaluation.
• Provide logistical and operational support for educational and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with 1 year or above working experience preferred
• Fluent in Chinese, good command in reading and writing Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Proactive, responsible and with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Weekend and after office hour work may be required
• Working location: Work in Tai Po, Kwun Tong and Tin Shui Wai district alternatively
