Server Administrator
Summary:
We are currently seeking Full-time System Engineer, to be located in Hong Kong. The position will be responsible for supporting system infrastructure. The candidate will be hired for System Engineer or System Administrator according to their working experiences and qualification.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and keep track the daily smooth operation of the system servers’ maintenance, installation, configuration and management to ensure the server as in a good condition.
• Responsible for managing network devices, system and storage-related equipment to ensure a stable IT environment
• Perform system configuration management, network monitoring and capacity management
• Responsible for the deployment of changes and assist in project activities
• Analyze system logs and identify potential issues with the systems
• Handle backup system installation, maintenance and operations
• Perform disaster recovery system maintenance and operations
• Implement upgrades and new infrastructure to internal environments
• Responsible for system administration(Windows servers) and patch installation
• System monitoring, trouble-shooting and performance tuning
• To setup the backup task for internal / external servers
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of working experience in system support on Windows Servers
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and related network products,
• Knowledge and experience on ERP, VMware is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good in English and Mandarin is an advantage
Candidates with more experiences will be considered for a senior position; Less experience considered as junior level with on-job training provided
