About the Role:

Join our Chinese Medicine team and embark on a new journey in health!

We are looking for passionate teammates to launch a Chinese Medicine Smoking Cessation Project (CMSCP), providing comprehensive support to local residents in Hong Kong. This is a stimulating opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for community health.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact person to plan, coordinate and monitor the CMSCP.
• Conduct assessments for eligible individuals under CMSCP.
• Provide counselling and acupuncture treatment to support smoking cessation.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the programme to ensure timely completion of activities with different parties.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Oversees data management and assist project evaluation.
• Handle any duties as assigned by UCN.

Requirements:

• Registered healthcare professional, Chinese Medicine Practitioner, social worker, or holder of a bachelor's degree in Public Health.
• At least 3 years of relevant post-graduate or post-registration work experience, preferably in public health, Chinese Medicine service, or social services.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in programme management and reporting is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, flexible, and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Weekend and after office hour work may be required
• Working location:  Work in Tai Po, Kwun Tong and Tin Shui Wai district alternatively
