About the Role:

Join our Chinese Medicine team and embark on a new journey in health!

We are looking for passionate teammates to launch a Chinese Medicine Smoking Cessation Project (CMSCP), providing comprehensive support to local residents in Hong Kong. This is a stimulating opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for community health.

 

Responsibilities:

• Support the Programme Co-ordinator in the overall planning, execution and monitoring of the programme.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal teams, CM practitioners, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize and conduct educational workshops, health talks, and promotional activities for the community.
• Handle inquiries and complaints from programme participants.
• Execute ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in project management and event coordination is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Weekend and after office hour work may be required
• Working location:  Work in Tai Po, Kwun Tong and Tin Shui Wai district alternatively
