Duties:

• Preparation & Submission of Tender documents,
• Preparation and Submission of Payment Application
• Assessment of Payment Requests from sub-contractors
• Rate Assessment
• Liaison with Suppliers for Best Price

Requirements:

• At least a Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Min. 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Employment Terms:

• Performance Bonus

• 5 working days per week
• 9:00am – 5:50pm (Mon – Fri)
