Role Overview:

As the Retail Growth Leader for Japan , you will drive user acquisition and engagement strategies to grow our retail customer base. You will leverage partnerships, events, and localized campaigns to establish OSL Japan as a trusted brand in the market. This role will directly report to our CEO directly.

Key Responsibilities:

KOL & Business Development

• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with crypto KOLs and influencers to amplify brand awareness.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Japanese crypto community.

Offline Events & Retail User Acquisition

• Plan and host offline events (e.g., meetups, workshops, conferences) to attract and educate retail users and grow our EFTDs in Japan.
• Collaborate with local communities and industry stakeholders to enhance OSL Japan’s visibility.

Localized Growth Strategies

• Design and implement hyper-localized marketing campaigns to drive user adoption.
• Analyze market trends and user behavior to optimize engagement tactics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail growth, influencer marketing, or business development , preferably in crypto/fintech.
• Strong network of KOLs, media, and community partners in Japan.
• Expertise in organizing offline events and driving user engagement.
• Deep understanding of Japan’s crypto market and regulatory landscape.
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent in Japanese, Chinese and English (business-level).
