We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Business Management (Private Wealth) . Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Management , this is a full time and permanent position based in Hong Kong.


Key responsibilities:


  • Regulatory: To assist Board and Senior Management (BSM) in ensuring that Vistra Trust Hong Kong’s (VTHK) standards adhere to that of Regulator, Group Compliance and Local Compliance. Governance Officer for VTHK BSM’s conduct of affairs with the Regulator. Assist with management reporting and compiling of data for regulatory purposes.
  • Governance: Monitor, track and report to Senior Management on the completion of all KPIs (Key Performance Indexes) and KRIs (Key Risk Indicators). Reports are to be furnished on a quarter basis and/or as requested by BSM. e.g.: Periodic Review, SOWF completion, Transaction Monitoring, various Registers etc.
  • Remediation: Put in place a tracking mechanism to lodge and track remediation of risk issues (self-identified, or those arising from regulatory/external/internal audits) and provide periodic status update to BSM and Group Executive Committee.


Key requirements:


  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Business Management, Compliance, or Audit
  • Knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime, and Hong Kong regulations
  • Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
