About the Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Consultant to work closely with our SVP in driving key transformation initiatives, service excellence and support business growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a blend of consulting, operational, and business development experience in legal services, professional services, or a similar industry with the ability and flexibility to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultancy, business development, and technology adoption, with the ability to evangelize new products and services to both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Service & Consultancy Excellence:

Work with APAC VP of Operations to:

• Assess current service delivery models and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
• Mentor and upskill consultants within the team to elevate overall consultancy capabilities.
• Develop best practices and frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality client engagements.
  
  

Business Development & Thought Leadership:

Work with the SVP International, Regional VP, APAC Sales and Country Leaders to:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a thought leader, providing insights through white papers, webinars, and industry events.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position the company as a leader in the industry.
  
  

Operational Efficiency & Problem-Solving:

• Identify inefficiencies and areas for process optimization within the business.
• Troubleshoot service delivery challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Enhance internal collaboration and knowledge-sharing to improve productivity.
  
  

Digital Transformation & Technology Adoption:

• Support clients in their digital transformation journey by advising on emerging technologies.
• Drive technology adoption internally to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Evangelize new products and services, ensuring the team and clients understand their value and impact.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in consulting, service improvement, and business development.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, emerging technologies, and innovation trends.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges and provide strategic solutions.
• Experience with process optimization, technology adoption, and change management.
