The program will run for 9 months and upon completion of the training, successful candidates will continue employment with Stryker as an Account Executive in the Sales function.

Core Rotation (7 months) – Sales

  • Participate in sales training and surgery case observations to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall professional skills.
  • Participate in conducting product demonstrations and support in the field for healthcare professionals. This includes showcasing the features and functionality of medical equipment, explaining its benefits, and troubleshooting.
  • Learn and execute effective communication and relationship-building strategies to establish trust and credibility with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments closely to coordinate efforts, share information, and provide a seamless experience for customers.
  • Learn and follow the compliance regulations, industry guidelines, and ethical practices to ensure all sales activities are conducted with integrity and professionalism.
  • Support team members and Sales Manager to formulate sales plan and activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.

Supporting Rotation (2 months) – Marketing

  • Coordinate marketing activities and logistic arrangements.
  • Learn and be involved in Marketing processes such as approvals, payments, etc.
  • Prepare promotional materials and collaterals.
  • Research in sales leads and market opportunities.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Sciences, or Computer Science/Engineering from a Hong Kong local university.
  • Graduated in 2024/2025 with less than 18 months of working experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Adaptable and demonstrated ability to master new knowledge / concepts using a hybrid of taught and self-driven learning.
  • Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passionate about the medical device industry and improving patient outcomes - willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, some weekends) for surgery support and Marketing events.
