Reporting to Marketing Manager, this role will be based in Hong Kong.

What you will do:

• Develop Annual marketing plans to achieve sales, profitability and market share target for brands/product groups assigned
• Proper management of A&P budget for brands or product groups assigned.
• Plan and implement the marketing campaigns with different platforms to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trend of the brand performance, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leaders
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Adhere to organizational protocols, practices and procedures for gathering competitive information
• Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency
• Demonstrate financial acumen
• Hold self and others accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
• Mentor, develop and inspire others
  
  

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Good organizational skills and able to navigate in complex and changing situation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  
  

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science preferred
• Relevant sales and marketing experience in endoscopy preferred
• Proven track record in previous sales or marketing role
