Responsibilities
Analyze data to uncover insights, patterns, and trends that drive business decisions.
Participate in solution validation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet quality standards and deliver the intended outcomes.
Evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, and work with stakeholders to propose practical improvements that enhance operational excellence.
Support various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Experience in data analysis and/or market research is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in tools and software relevant to business analysis, such as databases, data modeling tools, and business intelligence (BI) platforms.
Strong skills in gathering requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and other methods.
Analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
