Perform a full spectrum of reception duties, including but not limited to greeting guests, handling telephone calls, and maintaining the tidiness of the reception area
Provide the cashiering service
Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Handle both internal and external mails, documents deliveries in a daily operation
Ensure office security by adhering to safety protocols and managing access at the reception desk
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences
Experience with retail systems (such as POS) would be an advantage
Excellent telephone manners with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficient in PC applications
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
