Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to achieve maximum profitability in alignment with agreed sales targets.
• Manage customer interactions and generate sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, customer calls, and deal closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for customers.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing professional insights on market trends and customer feedback.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships to foster business growth potential.
• Demonstrate expertise in Air Freight operations to effectively address client needs in this specific area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistic / Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, focusing on Air Freight.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Energetic, independent, multitasking, results-driven, and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
