Overview

Seeking to hire a specialists in Cash Management Product, to be responsible for the management, planning and development of Payables and Receivables cash management product & supply chain financing services for Wholesales Banking customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and HO to enhance transaction banking Cash Management Products (including payment, collection, liquidity management, supply-chain financing, eChannels, and bank alliances) to meet client needs.
• Be responsible for the Cash Management product P&L and business drivers such as transaction volumes, revenue/cost ratios etc. to achieve product profitability and growth.
• Perform customer needs analysis and decline product solutions / capabilities.
• Perform competitive analysis and market sizing/product/market analysis.
• Develop and maintain standard product pricing policies.
• Ensure product solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements and maintain product approval programs and memorandums, and making sure of end-to-end integrity of solutions. Maintain the highest standards of risk management across cash managementand treasury operations.
• Work with Product Team to participate in Business Requirement Documentation, Functional Specification Review and User Acceptance Testing for any core enhancements or cash related system and functional rollout/enhancement.
• Monitor evolving client needs and package solution and services to meet those needs. Support pre-sales activities and participate in Request for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) where needed.
• Create product awareness and conduct training programs for sales and customer support.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cash product management, with a focus on implementing cash products for large corporations.
• Demonstrated expertise in transaction banking, including liquidity management, account services, payments, collections, e-channels, and bank partnerships.In-depth knowledge of local/cross-border payments and market standards.
• Knowledge on FPS, ISO20022, cross-border supply chain and land market standards will be an advantage.
• Exposure to Online Banking, Open API, Open Account and Host-to-Host will be a plus.
• Strong Academics from a reputable University.
• A team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills with good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
