Department: Technology & Innovation Management

In this position, you will:

• Lead the development of the company’s science and technology innovation planning, strategies and capability layouts
• Organize and oversee the formulation of technical roadmaps, strategies, and milestones
• Develop and refine the company’s long-term technology strategy and mid-to-long-term innovation plans
• Coordinate trials for new technologies and products and provide recommendations for the deployment of new technologies
• Oversee the management of R&D projects, including planning, resource allocation, and execution, to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Other job duties assigned by supervisor

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Master Degree or above in the relevant field, such as computer, electronics, communications and other related majors
• At least 8 years of work experience, with over 2 years in the technology innovation field
• Preferably participated as a leader or key member in major company-level or higher scientific research projects, with patents or related scientific research achievements in the professional field
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Self-motivated, organized, service oriented, good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook
