Job Description | Associate – Service Revenue HQ


Service Revenue is a core department at The Executive Centre, focusing on driving revenue in non-Serviced Office product lines (Meetings & Events, Virtual Office, Coworking, Community, Partnerships, and Food & Beverage). The centralisation of these products under one department has created greater synergies and efficiencies, facilitating a greater focus in product innovation and revenue growth. There is a growing Service Revenue HQ Team (SR HQ Team) based in Hong Kong, combined with Regional Leaders and city-level BDs who provide support across all 36 cities within the TEC network.


We are seeking a dedicated Service Revenue Associate to support the optimisation of existing product lines to drive revenue growth, implementation and coordination of P&L and systems, and conduct research to identify and drive the implementation of new products in viable markets worldwide. They will support a variety of projects on a day-to-day basis, focused on systems, project management, financial analysis, marketing, research, and product line-specific tasks, working closely with cross-functional teams at HQ and globally. This role will have significant growth potential for an ambitious candidate.


Responsibilities:


Management and Coordination of Service Revenue Product Initiatives

  • During the development of new revenue streams, assist with research on financial and legal viability of new products in different markets.
  • Work with the IT team to manage system adjustments that enhance business development (BD) and client experience.
  • Assist with logic requirements for the rollout of updates and improvements across platforms.
  • Coordinate updates to the company website to ensure accurate and timely information is displayed.
  • Lead improvements to product tracking and data accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of SOPs to communicate and ensure alignment of local teams with business objectives.
  • Assist with the roll-out of new initiatives, including but not limited to: communicating with local teams; coordinating with other departments within HQ; developing SOPs and presentations to make these roll-outs as smooth as realistically possible.
  • Help with Service Revenue product growth, design, and development for new centre expansions.


Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Assist in the refinement and maintenance of our global P&L and inventory tracking systems.
  • Analyse financial data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with Service Revenue budgeting process.


Miscellaneous

  • Liaise with HQ teams to address ongoing queries from global sales teams.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to achieve departmental goals.
  • Be a constructive colleague, provide genuine and transparent feedback where you see the opportunity for improvement.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Major in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or Statistics or a related field from leading universities
  • 0-2 Years’ professional experience in financial industry or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
  • Legal right to work in Hong Kong
