Data & AI Team

You will involve delivering end to end data transformation solutions for enterprise-level accounts, from the design phase through to implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong data engineering skills in building data products and platforms, as well as experience managing the clients and collaborating with regional teams.

Job duties of this Role:

• Utilize emerging technologies and big data design principles in developing data pipelines, interfaces, and architecture to support big data and analytics initiative

• Drive the development and optimization of advanced data warehousing, data lake architectures, and integrated storage solutions to enhance data accessibility and performance.

• Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and software developers, to ensure seamless and efficient data flows across the organization.

• Leverage expertise in cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data processing frameworks to architect innovative solutions that meet business needs.

• Oversee the monitoring and troubleshooting of data infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience of data systems.

• Spearhead the implementation of comprehensive data governance, security, and compliance frameworks to uphold industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Come JOIN US if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5-10 years experience in delivering system integration or implementation projects

• Deep skills in design and development of E2E data management and analytics architecture (i.e. ingestion, loading, transformation, data model design)

• Experience with SQL and/or NOSQL databases

• Familiarity with Python, Java, or Scala for data processing.

• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Exposure to big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

• High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an added advantage)
