Job duties of this Role:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of core banking system
  • Overall planning, execution, monitoring, management, and leadership of projects
  • Working with various stakeholders, running workshops and liaison person of clients and project team
  • Lead, coordinate and supervise the activities of the project/programme team
  • High capability to multi-task, splitting time between multiple project/programme
  • Provide advice on best practice techniques for implementation
  • Ensure the experience of engaging Accenture for delivery exceeds client’s expectation
  • Reporting to leadership, solution oriented in managing risk and issues

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Sciences or equivalent in Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT systems development, project management and client communications
  • Proven track record as overall project leader in medium to large IT projects
  • Ability to work independently, organized and task oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
  • Good command of the written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in leading and coaching a team
  • Project Management qualification or certification is a plus

Good to Have:

  • Experience with banking or financial applications will be an asset
  • Experience on Avaloq, InvestCloud or Temenos platform will be an asset
  • Business Analyst experience related to Financial Services
  • Advance Skill in Other Platforms & Technologies > Avaloq > Avaloq Wealth

Candidates with less experience would be considered as a more junior position.
