Sales Executive (Consumer Electronics)


Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join the biwin consumer electronics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving direct sales of biwin storage products in the consumer market, establishing relationships with retail customers, and generating sales growth. This position is crucial for bringing our innovative storage solutions to the consumer market.


Key Responsibilities:

Direct Sales:

Sell biwin storage products directly to consumers through online and offline channels

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Actively seek new sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain lasting relationships with end consumers

Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and services

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure an excellent customer experience

Product Knowledge:

Develop comprehensive knowledge of biwin storage product lines (including SSDs, memory cards, USB drives, and DRAM modules)

Effectively communicate product features and benefits to consumers

Stay updated on product knowledge to accommodate new product releases

Market Research:

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Provide insights on consumer behavior and preferences

Identify new market opportunities and product needs

Event Participation:

Participate in consumer electronics exhibitions, retail promotions, and product demonstrations

Represent the company at industry events to increase brand awareness

Support and execute offline sales activities


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience in consumer electronics or related industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with diverse customer groups
  • Passion for and understanding of storage technology and consumer electronic products
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Prior experience working with consumer brands preferred
