The Technical Team

The Technical Department is a vital department responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our diverse fleet of vessels. Our talented team plays a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency in maritime operations. We are committed to safeguarding the integrity and performance of our vessels, while optimizing their operational capabilities. What You Will Do:

• Vessel Performance;
• Safety and pollution control;
• Planning, Budgets & Actual Expenses;
• Prepare and monitor monthly Survey cycles, PMS, Pending defect list;
• Check/ control all bills;
• Involvement in training & development of floating and shore staff;
• To objectively analyze & report on performance of shipboard personnel;
• Attends to vessel at out port on scheduled visits;
• Vessel Inspection Reports & suggestions for continuously improving/streamlining procedures in HO & on board;
• Coordinate with Operations department;
• Monitor and control spare parts supply to the vessels;
• Environment Management System;
• Any other assignments as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• To have Chief Engineer's or Master’s (F.G.) Certificate of Competency;
• Good English speaking with good attitude;
• Technical Superintendent experience is beneficial but not mandatory;
• Sailing experience or ashore experience of managing DP2 vessels will be and added advantage
• AESM will handle HK Working visa for the right candidate if necessary.
