About the Role

Our client, a dynamic organization in Hong Kong, is seeking a skilled Senior ERP Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on optimizing and supporting their ERP system—Microsoft Dynamics 365—across key business functions. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving system enhancements, analyzing processes, and ensuring seamless operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and configure D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, or Commerce) to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend ERP-driven solutions.
• Lead system testing, upgrades, and integration projects with minimal supervision.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for D365 users across departments.
• Contribute to ERP strategy discussions and actively work with stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in ERP analysis, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as an AM.
• Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., finance, operations, or logistics).
• Proven ability to manage system configurations, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with D365 certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management) is a must
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English
