Responsibilities:

• Invite new buyers / association to engage in our online and offline activities.
• Attend oversea’s event or conference to generate leads of buyers and cooperation opportunities.
• Explore and discuss cooperation with association and other third parties.
• Establish and maintain relation with major buyers and associations an ongoing basis to update changing purchasing needs and market trends.
• Implement promotion campaigns / events in both overseas countries and China.
• Coordinate with other departments / vendors to provide onsite services to overseas buyers.
• Assist in content development and write-up for social media posts, presentations, publications and reports.
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns (website, social media, EDM, SEO, SEM) to drive traffic.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales & marketing, promotion, exhibition/ conference/ event management or related field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must), fluent in other foreign language is a bonus
• Experience in dealing with overseas clients is preferred
• Occasional mainland China and overseas trips are required
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Project Executive - Marketing
