The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development/Sales leader to drive partnerships, sponsorships, and adoption of the Qii78 system in Hong Kong and beyond . This commission-based role (with expenses covered) can evolve into a full-time Director position with equity .

Your Mission

• Secure partnerships with event organisers, stadiums, and school/university campuses .

• Sell Qii78’s vision to sustainability leaders, CSR teams, and sponsors .

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Qii78 in Hong Kong and beyond.

• Represent Qii78 at networking events and industry forums .

What We’re Looking For

✔ Sales, partnerships, or business development experience (events, stadiums, education preferred) .

✔ Strong network in sustainability, sponsorships, and/or brand partnerships.

✔ Excellent negotiation & communication skills.

✔ Self-motivated and entrepreneurial – thrives in a startup environment.

✔ Experience in rewards, engagement platforms, and/or recycling is a plus.

This role will require travel for meetings, networking, and event attendance.
