Job responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable and payable, staff reimbursements, review journal entries
• Prepare and review month-end closing, reconciliation and supporting schedules
• Prepare group consolidation financial statements, supporting schedules and management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Assist in streamlining accounting processes and strengthening internal controls
• Liaise with external auditors for preparation of annual audit
• Perform ad hoc projects and special assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with related professional accounting qualifications such as HKICPA / ACCA / CPAA
• Minimum 3 years of Big 4 audit experience and 3 years of relevant accounting commercial experience
• Proficient in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Excel skills
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (accounting software) is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with both IFRS and USGAAP is preferred
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, strong sense of responsibility, able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
