What would be your responsibilities:

• Support dealing activities in handling data and automation;
• Investigate and explore meaningful information from complex datasets;
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and correlations in structured/unstructured data (e.g. tick data, client behavior logs);
• Analyze data using statistical methods and algorithms;
• Data cleansing, transformation, and integration across systems;
• Build interactive dashboards to visualize key metrics (e.g., slippage, latency, P&L) for stakeholders.

What we require from you:

• Degree holders in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science;
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis within trading technologies (e.g., FX/CFD platforms, liquidity aggregators, algo trading systems);
• Exposure to trading workflows (e.g., order execution, market data feeds);
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability, ability to deconstruct ambiguous trading behavior;
• Proficiency in Python or R (libraries: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) for data manipulation and statistical analysis;
• Basic in SQL for querying large datasets and big data tools;
• Good sense on massive data processing and case study.
