What will you do?

• Conducting daily flat viewings on Hong Kong Island.
• Communicating with the client from the moment of making an appointment for viewing and concluding the contract upon move-in.
• In-depth work in identifying needs and suggesting suitable options to suit each client's requirements.
• Handling the renewal of contracts of current tenants.
• Building personal efficient logistics and schedule of showings.
• Working with SRM and reporting on the work done with the client.
• Working with documents: concluding the contract with the tenant.

Who we are looking for?

• Knowledge of sales stages.
• Ability to identify the true need of the client.
• Objection handling.
• Ability to manage personal schedule and logistics.
• English C1.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong neighbourhoods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $54,500.00 per month
