Job Description

• Create and maintain business requirements for any IT application related enhancements / projects

• Collaborate with business users to define requirements and solutions within properties

• Work alongside product and technical teams to clarify requirements and provide knowledgeable

support for the system

• Manage project teams and deliver consolidated solutions for integration, issues and risks

• Manage and defines all processes utilized by the team, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and

PMO standards

• Produce quality deliverables in accordance with the SDLC process, and Project Management

Standards

• Conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives in alignment with management guidelines and their

impact on business operations.

• Manages project timelines and validates project deliverables to ensure they meet business objectives

• Abide to the company rules & regulations

Education

Minimum: Bachelor Degree

Preferred: Master Degree

Area: Degree in Management Information Systems or a related business discipline

IT Knowledge and Applications

• Proficiency in MS Office Automation (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of MS Project and Visio is advantageous

• Familiarity with Figma is advantageous

• Familiarity with IT processes, policies and procedures

• Experience with hospitality application, particularly Opera, Shiji POS, Shiji BYOD, Vingcard, FCS One,

OptiiKeeper is advantageous.
