• Drive the development of our Portfolio Finance Product in Asia reporting to Asia Treasurer
• Work closely with the Portfolio Finance Coverage team to understand PM needs and requirements
• Work with Execution, Operations and Technology to help drive firm-wide improvements to the Trading Platform, including broker balance allocation, inventory management, locate optimization and capturing financing inefficiencies
• Optimize the stock loan and balance sheet outcomes with all financing counterparties.
• Enhance the locate system with a focus on continuing automation and better tools to manage Hard-To-Borrow securities.
• Enhance internal data platform to develop more meaningful and actionable insights for improving outcomes for PMs and providing feedback for improvement areas to the PBs.
• Provide technical advice to PMs on various Trading solutions.
  
  

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior Equity Finance or Delta 1 trading role with either a major sell side provider and/or large hedge fund.
• Must have Prime Brokerage and Delta One knowledge and technical knowledge of Asian markets including China
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment
• Entrepreneurial inclination – ability to work alone and act as a project manager
• Ability to work with various departments in Millennium’s offices worldwide and build smooth working relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with different technology applications
• Broad product and industry knowledge preferred
