We are looking for:

Hong Kong residents aged between 18 to 29 who have graduated from a recognised Hong Kong or overseas university and holding a bachelor’s degree or above with the following attributes:

• Strong enthusiasm to develop career in the Greater Bay Area
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Willingness to station in Shenzhen for 18 months

(1) Administration Trainee – Greater Bay Area

Responsibilities

• Assist in organising the housekeeping and maintenance services for office equipment and facilities
• Assist in supervising the general housekeeping services and maintenance work to ensure efficient and effective delivery
• Provide support in organising company activities and preparing administration development plan

Requirements

• Degree in Administration Management or a related discipline 

(2) Marketing Trainee – Greater Bay Area

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day marketing activities including contracts preparation and coordination with customers
• Assist in liaising with relevant government departments and business partners to implement marketing activities
• Conduct market research to support the development of non-fare revenue marketing plans

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year’s working experience in Marketing is an advantage

(3) Purchasing Trainee – Greater Bay Area

Responsibilities

• Support procurement of goods and services requested by users in accordance with the company’s needs
• Identify potential suppliers, participate in the tendering process and manage supplier’s inquiries and disputes
• Carry out the implementation of procurement systems and compile related management reports and records

Requirements

• Degree in Purchasing, Logistic or a related discipline 
• A minimum of 1 year’s working experience in purchasing is an advantage

(4) Safety and Quality Management Trainee – Greater Bay Area

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the safety and quality management documents and manuals, including ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001
• Conduct safety and quality management training to promote and enhance safety and quality awareness for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in safety audit reviews and follow up non-compliance activities

Requirements

• Degree in Safety and Quality Management or a related discipline
• Possess the basic understanding of ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001 is an advantage

• Appointment will be made on 18-month contract terms.
