Join our growing mall development firm as a Personal Assistant to the Head Consultant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale retail and mixed-use development projects in the Greater Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany the Head Consultant to on-site business meetings in Shenzhen (3–4 times per week)
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including project documentation and meeting minutes
• Assist with coordination between developers, contractors, and design teams
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and site visit summaries
• Manage daily schedules, travel logistics, and follow-ups
• Handle confidential materials with discretion

Requirements:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Valid travel documents for frequent cross-border travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in real estate, construction, or retail development sectors is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of design/project tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or MS Project) is a plus
