Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize machine learning initiatives that address critical business challenges.

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using both supervised and unsupervised algorithms to drive business impact.

• Communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling.

• Monitor and enhance the performance of AI-driven products , ensuring they deliver measurable business value.

Key Qualifications for Success:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics , or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL , and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch .

• Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure or GCP for scalable AI deployment.

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex ) is a plus.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills , with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.

• Passion for staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning .
