The Role

The Purchasing Officer at Easeca will be pivotal in handling our major client accounts and driving the administrative and organizational aspects of our business operations. Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for Mainland Chinese suppliers, ensuring effective communication for smooth cooperation.


• Negotiation and Sourcing: Apply negotiation skills to source high-quality products at competitive prices, balancing cost with customer and company requirements.


• Stock Forecast and Supply Chain Management: Implement forecasting techniques to predict market shifts and demand, ensuring strategic product sourcing and inventory optimization.


• Tender Management: Take charge of the tender process, from preparation and submission to follow-up, ensuring that we meet all requirements and deadlines for our major clients.


• Project Coordination: Support project revamp initiatives, facilitating smooth execution and timely completion of project milestones.


• Documentation and Administration: Oversee the creation and management of critical documents such as purchase orders, tenders, and administrative records.



Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferable. Candidates with DSE, HKCEE, or equivalent qualifications will also be considered.

• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, business coordination, or a related field.

• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; good command of reading and writing in English.

• Demonstrated expertise in supplier relationship management with a solid track record in managing Mainland Chinese accounts.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to fast-paced business environments.

• Exhibits strong problem-solving, multi-tasking skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.


Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Familiar with SAP for business operations management.
