Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Kowloon. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing customer service policies and procedures. They will also manage a team of customer service representatives, provide training, and ensure that performance standards are met. Monitoring customer feedback, developing improvement plans, and coordinating with other departments to enhance customer experience are also key responsibilities.
