Responsibilities:
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Cashing checks and managing cash transactions accurately.
- Assisting customers with account inquiries and providing information about bank products and services.
- Ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Maintaining cash drawer and balancing it at the end of each shift.
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activities to prevent fraud.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role or banking environment is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with computers and banking software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
