Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing & marketing industrial/commercial properties (flatted factories experience preferred)
• Strong corporate client relationship management skills
• Proven success in tenant sourcing and agency collaboration
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Oversee leasing activities (new lettings, renewals, budgeting, tenancy liaison, and administration)
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and prepare intelligence reports
• Source new tenants through marketing initiatives, referrals, and networking
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and property agencies
• Develop and implement marketing & promotional strategies

(Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position.)
