ontract Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) – Banking/Insurnce, Non-Sales
Job Description:
Conduct Outbound calls and provide administrative support to Conservation initiatives.
Address requests from customers regarding product inquiries and services.
Perform account maintenance.
Resolve customer grievances in a timely and professional manner
Provide administrative support to the team as assigned.
Contract until one years, subject to extension.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above qualification.
IIQE papers: Paper 1, 3, and 5 (can take the exam after onboarding).
Over 1 years work experience in financial institutions, preferably with experience in Insurance or Customer Service area.
Relevant customer service and hotline experience are welcome.
Good communication skills and telephone manners.
Detail-oriented, with a customer and service orientation.
Proficiency in spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
PC literate in MS Office especially MS excel
