Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and maintenance of full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, performing complex account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data. He/she will support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures and coordinate with internal and external audits. In addition, he /she will be responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the company as he/she will take up leadership responsibilities to mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Qualified member of HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably full set accounting experience
  • Proactive team player, good communication skill and attention to detail
  • Audit experience / property industry is preferred
  • Experience with SAP HANA is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
