崗位職責

1.主導公司app和web的 UI 設計工作，依據用戶需求和市場趨勢，結合過往項目經驗，進行深入的用戶研究和競品分析，制定符合公司品牌的視覺風格，確保介面在視覺上的一致性和獨特性，輸出設計規範。

2. 與產品經理、開發團隊密切協作，根據產品需求和業務邏輯，提供高品質的設計方案。精准把握需求，高效完成設計稿輸出，涵蓋介面佈局、圖示設計、色彩搭配等，確保設計與產品功能完美融合。

3 運用自身豐富的設計經驗，憑藉較強的邏輯思維能力，梳理複雜的使用者行為和業務流程，對設計方案進行持續優化和反覆運算 。通過使用者回饋和資料分析，不斷提升介面的易用性和用戶滿意度，有效提升使用者在平臺上的交易體驗。

 

1. 1.Lead the UI design work of the company's app and web. Based on user needs and market trends, combined with past project experience, conduct in-depth user research and competitor analysis. Develop a visual style that conforms to the company's brand, ensure the visual consistency and uniqueness of the interface, and output design specifications.
2. 2.Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams. According to product requirements and business logic, provide high-quality design solutions. Accurately grasp the requirements and efficiently complete the output of design drafts, covering interface layout, icon design, color matching, etc., to ensure that the design is perfectly integrated with the product functions.
3. 3.Utilize your own rich design experience and strong logical thinking ability to sort out complex user behaviors and business processes, and continuously optimize and iterate the design solutions. Through user feedback and data analysis, continuously improve the usability of the interface and user satisfaction, and effectively enhance the user's transaction experience on the platform.

任職要求:

1.  設計相關專業本科及以上學歷， 4年以上 UI 設計工作經驗，有金融、科技類產品設計經驗者優先。
2.  熟練掌握 Sketch、Adobe XD、Photoshop、Illustrator、Figma 等設計工具，具備扎實的設計功底和良好的審美能力。
3.  對用戶體驗有深刻理解，能夠從用戶角度出發進行設計，有成功的 UI 設計案例，熟悉設計規範和流程，能獨立完成從需求分析到設計交付的全過程。
4.  具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協作精神，能夠與不同部門的人員緊密合作，準確理解業務需求並轉化為設計方案。
5.  對金融科技行業有濃厚興趣，瞭解貴金屬市場和交易規則者優先考慮，能夠將行業特點融入到設計中。
6.  具備較強的學習能力和創新精神，能夠不斷關注行業最新設計趨勢，持續提升自己的設計水準。
7.  具備流利的普通話和英文溝通能力

 

1. A bachelor's degree or above in a design-related major, with more than 4 years of UI design work experience. Candidates with experience in designing financial and technology products will be preferred.
2. Be proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc., and have a solid design foundation and good aesthetic ability.
3. Have a deep understanding of user experience, be able to design from the user's perspective, have successful UI design cases, be familiar with design specifications and processes, and be able to independently complete the whole process from requirement analysis to design delivery.
4. Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to work closely with personnel from different departments, accurately understand business requirements and transform them into design solutions.
5. Have a strong interest in the fintech industry. Candidates who understand the precious metals market and trading rules will be preferred, and be able to integrate the characteristics of the industry into the design.
6. Have strong learning ability and an innovative spirit, be able to continuously pay attention to the latest design trends in the industry, and continuously improve your own design level.
7. Have fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
