E-Commence Assistant
Job Responsibility
• Handle E-Commence platform’s operation and sales arrangement;
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer service through online communications;
• Handle E-commerce clerical and logistic task, and
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
• Diploma or above in E-Commence, Marketing or related discipline;
• 1-2 experience in E-Commence platform operation, with luxury brand experience is an advantage;
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with good written skill in Chinese and English
• Level N3 or above pass in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is an advantage
• Proficiency in PC application, such as MS Office, and etc.
• Good team player with can-do and positive attitude
• Able to work in shift base
Candidates with more experience would be considered to be E-Commerce Officer
