Chinney Alliance Group Limited, is a leading plastics & chemicals distribution, industrial products trading, construction and engineering group listed in Hong Kong.  To cope with its expansion in new business area in lifestyle consumer products including JcoNAT, Hong Kong first proven real-use disinfection brand and other opportunities in Asia Pacific region under its subsidiary, Jacobson van den Berg (Hong Kong) Limited, we are now inviting candidates for the following position:

Responsibility

• Responsible for daily order processing and order co-ordination
• Arrangement of samples, data entries and reporting
• Handle routine purchase
• Provide sales administration & general supports to sales team
• Managing inventory tracking system to record deliveries and stock levels
• Assisting customer service hotline & key channels enquiries
• Supporting sales & marketing activities
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• With 1-2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge in logistics and trading industry is preferred
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word & Excel), Outlook, PC tools and Chinese Word Processing
• Experienced in using ERP systems (SAP) is preferable
• Detailed mind, able to work independent and well organized
• Self-motivated, presentable with good interpersonal skills
• Good communication in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate is also considered
