We are looking for a Temporary Assistant Marketing & Promotions Manager to be part of our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in brand-building and marketing communication for Cityplaza shopping mall. You will assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, particularly in the areas of public relations, social media, and advertising, to reinforce and further enhance the brand image and leading position of the complex.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reinforce brand image throughout marketing campaigns in on-going basis to convey branding message delivered and articulated appropriately
• Preparing marketing communication materials & in-mall collaterals.
• Manage social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc
• Maintain digital marketing’s effectiveness & smooth digital journey
• Content management & development to convey branding message & fulfill business objective
• Liaise with and supervise agencies, including creative, PR, media, social media & digital agencies on the overall concept of campaigns and production of different marketing materials covering ATL, BTL, PR, social media and digital
• Coordinate PR activities and maintain good media relations with external parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned to business needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years’ experiences in communications, promotions or advertising fields
• Experience in working for sizable corporations with exposure in retail industry will be a definite advantage
• Familiar with new digital and social media trend would be an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Contract period from 1 August 2025 to 31 December 2025
