Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing all-round Human Resources duties INCLUDING recruitment, compensation & benefits (C&B), payroll, employee relations, performance management, employees' compensation and other related HR services
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience, preferably in F&B industry; candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Fluent Mandarin will be an advantage)
• Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately Available / Short Notice would be an advantage
