Responsibilities

• Develop promotions and collateral development with Operations Department to create breakthrough marketing programmes
• Assist to build the development of our digital content, social media and influencer strategy
• Plan and execute offline initiatives such as events, partnerships, and print materials including menu
• Lead photoshoot plans and direct creative requirements with Operations Department
• Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights for continuous optimization
• Coordinate with Operations Department to evaluate sales performance and take appropriate action to drive the business
• Monitor activities of competitor restaurants and trends within the industry and share the gathered information with relevant departments and senior management
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications and Digital, or related field
• Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies and best practices
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Entrepreneurial and passionate with a strong creative flair
• Experience with social media will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
