Provide full range support on day-to-day operations including policies & procedures implementation, menu design, ensuring smooth flow of shop operations, staff uniform, shop design and other ad hoc initiatives to maximize operation efficiency to shops & counters
Handle general administrative and office support, e.g. HR duties such as recruitment of frontline staff
Prepare report on sales analysis and/or operational issues monthly reports
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma holder or above
Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B industry; candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operation Officer
Proactive, detail-oriented, logical thinking and customer-oriented
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
