Our client, a leading MPF company , is seeking an experienced Business Development (MPF ) to join their team and support retail branch staff in promoting MPF products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase MPF sales and achieve business targets
• Collaborate with the branch team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate MPF solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers to better understand their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in MPF sales or business development within the banking or financial services industry
• IIQE+HKSI must have
• Strong knowledge of MPF products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate retail staff
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business targets
