Client Details

Our client is a regulatory organization in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring a Senior Legal Counsel who focuses on policies and committee management for Greater China affairs.

Description

• Review, revamp and set up the regulations and policies for the organization
• Development and implement compliance and legal training framework to cope with the organization's standard
• Organize and prepare agendas for committee meetings, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure committees comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including maintaining statutory books and records.
• Filings: Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities, including annual returns and other statutory filings.
• Committee Support: Provide support and guidance to committee members, ensuring effective and efficient committee operations.

Profile

• HK qualified lawyer. with PQE 5+ from reputable law firms with GBA Lawyer is an advantage

• Experience in general commercial legal matters gained from in-house company

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and multitask
