Position 1) Engineering Summer Trainee - Building Services

The Role

• The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:
• Handle the documents of existing warehouse projects including E&M, Civil & Builder and Renovation contracts
• Assist Engineers in establishing a data logging platform instead of handwritten records such as OT and Electrical Metering with the Power BI application
• Consolidate and analyze the Power Quality Data to provide a report for further development on electrical distribution and improvement plan for Terminals
• Support Engineers in recording Terminal’s underground utility verification record and updating the corresponding drawings

 

The Person

The ideal candidate should have / be:

• Full-time undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-minded and well-organized
• Diligent, prudent and wiling to learn

 

Position 2) Engineering Summer Trainee - Civil Engineering

The Role

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

• Assist the implementation of civil projects including T2 New warehouse main contract works, T9 pile protection works and T2 Fender replacement works
• Handle the drawing of terminals construction and maintain the document control system
• Support the maintenance and inspection work of civil facilities in terminals including fender, crane rail, bollard typhoon anchor, road marking, ICCP, ship alarm system, asphalt pavement and concrete & steel structures etc.

 

The Person

• The ideal candidate should have / be:
• Full-time undergraduate student in Civil and Structural Engineering or related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-minded and well-organized
• Diligent, prudent and willing to learn

 

Duration: June – August 2025 (3 months)
