DNA Recruit Partners is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative specializing in client retention for one of Hong Kong's most established and respected international insurance providers with over 100 years of history in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound calls to existing clients for relationship management and retention purposes
• Provide exceptional customer service and policy information to valued clients
• Support renewal processes and address client concerns
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions

Requirements:

• IIQE 1, 2 qualification is mandatory
• Previous experience in insurance customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• Client-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills

Package:

• Basic salary: HK$21,000 - HK$22,000 per month
• Monthly commission: performance-based; on average HKD 4000
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
• 5-day work week
