Administrative Assistant

Job Highlights

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for efficient office operations.

  • Maintain organized filing and handle correspondence.

Job duties:

  • Provide a full spectrum of office administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Arrange and coordinate business schedules, meeting appointments and travel itinerary
  • Liaise and coordinate with various departments / properties
  • Handle routine correspondence and maintain an organized filing system
  • Provide backup support for reception duties and room setting service when required
  • Organize and support company events and staff activities 
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in sizable organization
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, independent, presentable, self-motivated 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
