工作職責：

• 負責酒店的日常運作、維修、保養及檢查。

• 維護消防保安設備及其他酒店系統，管理工具，並履行應急小組的職責。

• 監督及執行預防性保養和檢查工作，處理匯報和文書工作。

• 回應日常維修需求及處理緊急情況，支援技術員，並與其他部門及承包商保持聯繫。

工作要求：

• 持有相關證書。

• 至少擁有五年相關工作經驗。

• 具有屋宇維修與保養的工作經驗、良好的溝通及解決問題的能力，

• 具備消防、衛星電視共用天線、閉路電視及酒店 ELV 系統的實際知識和工作經驗者優先。

• 並持有電業工程人員牌照 A 和平安卡者優先。

• 需輪班工作。
